Nah, attractiveness fully depends on how attractive the parents are. Attractive parents will make attractive children due to their genetics. The reason why you probably see attractive children from ugly parents is either cause

A. Due to the parents environmental factors as children and teenagers, malnutrition, mouthbreathing, or other factors causing the parents growth to be stunted. Meanwhile their genetics were good, it was just their environment that fucked them.
