Ugly people shouldnt reproduce

Through Globalisation and a higher standard of Living, the genetic filter designed to keep humanity strong and allows only the best to live and forward their genes has changed. Now genetically inferior (ugly) People arent just dying out. They are reproducing but only with other ugly people. This means that if we keep on going with this, in the far future there will be two subspecies of homo sapiens. The Subhumans and Chads. Imo it would be better to just discourage ugly people to reproduce, so only the genetically superior humans could survive. This would lead to a better human race, and would even solve other issues like Overpopulation.

Now this is highly theoretical and it would be morally wrong (ig), but it would generally help the human race
