the Chin lacks height. Resulting in a blocky face. The midface appears longer due to a lack of harmony in the thirds.

from the side you lack mandible projection.
The supramental fold is deep with a strong chin projection.

If the chin lacks height the other thirds will appear bigger relative to that. A 7cm midface will appear longer on a 3cm lower third than on a 6cm lower third.

It’s not that bad in your case. Most people have some form of malocclusion and underlying scelettal issues. If you don’t you are already one of the top looking people you see on a day to day basis.

Yours can be fixed with bimax or chin wing.
