[UK] are you assessed in an NHS looney bin?

gotta speed up the process of getting diagnosed with autism/adhd so i can get ritalin and moneymax. anyone know if you get assessed by psychiatrists when in there? apparently you dont due to NHS cuts and staff shortages jfl

I went to a loony bin in UK 4 times, but it was a private one, not sure if NHS part funded it or not
