I'm aware healthcare is terrible in general all over Europe and North America (Canada assisted suicide programs haha) but people don't realize you need to prioritize your health above everything else. You cannot afford to get sick, there is no real healthcare here. They push pills on you which mask symptoms and in the long run make you worse and entirely dependent on them.
Atleast you have attractive women in eastern europe although they are mostly golddiggers but girls in the UK are the same, they want guys who are tall and have money. Spain has a pretty decent welfare system, i had a family member who was there and i was told how much they get. The only issue is that there aren't many of my women in Spain and i am unfortunately only attracted for the most part to my own women and it just so happens there's tons of them here in the UK so i will remain i guess until i get married or rich then move to Spain one day.

Yh i was reading earlier today that visa applications are down by quite a lot for trained/skilled health professionals etc, good fucking riddance. We do NOT need 80% of our nurses in hospitals to be from India, no fucking thanks. There are so many native graduates who are unemployed or doing irrelevant random jobs because the job they should be doing is instead given to an indian who is sponsored to come here. Jason voorhees made a thread not long ago about some indian guy he knows coming to Manchester for a £40k/yr job and it wasn't some specialized tech job where the skills aren't available in the native population, it was a random barely above entry level job and they thought it was a good idea to go through the process of bringing an indian over. Why the fuck would you not hire someone in Manchester? there's plenty of young men who are qualified and need jobs. IT's all a scam.
And yh i'm aware the "private" medical services are basically the exact same as the NHS, the only difference is that you don't have to wait 1+ year just to get something done. That's why i went private, they refused MRI 3 times in a row and wasted a year of my time, the NHS is a disgrace. It doesn't work. It's a fucking sham.
I don't know what the solution is, the Americans are kinda screwed aswell with how much they have to pay for health insurance and then it not being accepted by the companies, you remember luigi mangione the healthcare CEO assassin? his mothers healthcare tests were declined by the health insurance company and so that happened. Drastic changes need to be made to our healthcare, it's been terrible for far too long.

No they don't. You're talking about the specific police vans that have that installed and most of the time they are too busy racing somewhere to bother scanning cars nearby. What actually happens is that if you stay uninsured long enough (if i recall i was insured for about 4-5 months), you will receive a letter from the DMV asking you to file an off-road thing or get the car insured, if you do neither then you will be fined. If you do the off-road then you can't pay road tax and you car can be taken at any time if it's on the road and not taxed. Road tax is what's very important, car insurance is whatever. You should still get car insurance, mine is cheap because i've never had an accident in 10 years but i still don't bother paying because i've got a really old car and i only drive locally anyways.
Having an expensive car in the UK is a nightmare, people here are not only terrible drivers but they're immoral pieces of shit who will hit your parked car and drive off. This is by design, those in charge know brits would leave in droves to the united states if immigration was easy which it should be since we are obviously connected in many ways. They don't want brits to leave the depressing rat race that is the UK. I've been trying to figure out a way to legally migrate to America and settle but nothing so far. The field that is supposed to be populated by the most empathetic and caring individuals who do it for the sake of helping people instead of monetary reward and status are instead the exact opposite. You will find some of the most retarded, no-empathy cunts in the medical field, i've seen it first hand. Been in and out of all kinds of hospitals and GPs and consultants in the past few years due to my own issues but also family members getting sick.

The parking ticket attendants where i live are all cunts, they stalk out the popular spots where people park on double yellows and then pounce. They must get commission for each ticket i bet. Parkingeye wanted me to pay £180 after i forgot to pay the initial fine and then some, i told them i am left with £5/month after my NEETbux and expenses and they stopped contacting me after that realizing it's not worth taking me to court because the judge will not ask me to pay more than that anyways
One of my cousins just ignored parking ticket for ages and it ended up going into the high 4 figures, it was brutal.

It's almost always recent immigrants doing the parking attendant jobs, everyone else knows it's not worth it financially or morally. Also occasionally you will try to give some Pakistani/ethnic drug dealers ticket and they're going to get physical.
