Not sure about ascension I don't think it effected my looks , 90 % of looksmaxxing is done in the 1st trimester anyway. Mainly , my mood , motivation and quality of life. I am still a stemcel but who knows how much more I could have achieved and how much more disciplined in my diet and life I could be. I am trying to cut back now and replace with a STR/LTR.
