its not as bad as a lot of places, just buy the ones with the blue labels.

just buy raw and pasteurize yourself if you have a farm nearby, if you dont just buy kefir in rus stores youre ingush after all blya. i have very cheap raw milk (1 euro per liter) on a farm thats literally 10min by foot from my house so i sometimes drink completely raw and sometimes pasteurize myself(when im not lazy, i would say ideally you should pasteurize it)
