Mk677 is too overhated, it's very good for skinny, hard gainers.

Its overhated because of the influx of greys using it to try and get a centimeter difference in their bone structure, it is not bad if you're using it for its intended purpose.

i have seen bonemass increase from it, i did have high bonemass to begin with so its subtle slight addition is more noticeable. its not good for the boneless. my ramus is 10cm just to give you an idea of my amount
