Flight to Madrid from London Stansted return journey £35.24

A daily return ticket from a shithole in Essex (Colchester) to London (1hr 5 min journey) - £64

Another daily return ticket. Reading to London Paddington (23 minute journey) - £55

People actually buy these tickets and I fare dodge and run to the toilet when I see ticket inspector

Yes I was quite surprised by English train ticket prices
I tried to buy that shit an hour before train due to leave (as opposed to days in advance since u have to book the exact train)
Then every time I tried to buy it that shit wouldn't go through and the price increased by £3 every time I refreshed
Increased by like £15 in a few mins
