- For customers within the UK, your orders will be shipped promptly and are estimated to arrive within 3-5 working business days. International orders, outside the UK, will take approximately 10-14 working business days to reach you. Your order will be dispatched by business tracked mail, Including GPS complete with an image of your order being delivered. As due to Covid-19 the signed for mail option is no longer available If you have not received your order in the above given time frame please contact us to resolve any issues regarding your delivery. As our payment gateway requires you to make contact with ourselves to resolve the issue before filing a chargeback. Any false claims or Fraudulent charge backs, will be dealt with seriously, In the event this takes place we forward all evidence of delivery we hold including tracking numbers and GPS location on to your bank/card acquirer.
