how tf does one get a job in this shit country without a degree or having connections like pablo escobar ?

i've easily applied to over 500 jobs over the course of 3 months and have had only 1 fucking interview, and the place didn't even respond to tell me if I was or was not accepted afterwards

Your CV is most likely garbage, and you have no in demand skills. Go for a degree apprenticeship, or any sort of apprenticeship to get in demand skills and guaranteed employment, or pick up a trade in the same way.
