Butt hurt Dems in the State Department and Pentagon don't want Trump to get credit for ending the war in Ukraine. They are now making risky escalations, that they previously said they would not do, in an effort to force a cease fire or end to the war before Trump takes office. Biden is too addled to do anything about it.
