ulna = height method false?

got an ulna length of around 31-32 cm but not up to 190 cm tall. i also have 199cm arms jfl. all of this at around 6' and a half. is it correct for any of you guys? 17 yrs old tho so height growth is still possible but up to 190 cm is pure cope i think.

Yes, I measured it, the table is pretty accurate...

apparently for blacks it could be off by about 6cm though
