1 hour of vigorous cycling everyday
1:30 hours of workout 4 days a week
Hard Thumbpulling before going to sleep
Hard mewing 24/7
Putting my face in freezing water 5/10 minutes as suggested by a user with a dog as. AVI
TAKING VIT D And zinc Sups
30g ginger root per day
1 gallon of water per day
Producing music the rest of the time to statusmax
Chewing gum every now and then and chewing hard foods

This summer or next summer we'll ascend to unseen levels

Good job, consider taking magnesium. Almost everyone is deficient and its a very important mineral thats needed for testosterone.

I was considering it, but I actually eat a lot of whole food, 100gs of pasta are already 80mgs

Also forgot I also drink 1L of milk per day

Thats still not enough. 80 mg is nothing compared to what you need. Take 10mg for every kg of bodyweight.

You need more, 400mg is a bare minimum and I thought looksmaxxing was about maximum results :)

thumbpulling won't make a significant change if you do it just 1 time a day.
also consider a RLT lamp for collagen and t max on balls. might actually work.
maybe ashwagandha to.

I do it to split the suture, not to induce changes through it.

I basically pull hard to try to split it.

The changes are meant to happen through chewing

Yeah but like MSE you need constant pressure to split the suture. but you hardmew so maybe that helps tbh

I wouldn't know.
It definitely increases sex drive, on top of being a natural nsaids, which is good if you're working out and want to get the best out of your training

I base it on evidence that ancient Northern population had more fat storage in the eye area and more hooding.

Also it makes more sense for the body to protect those sensitive areas.
Fat in those areas helps the body keep the temperature normal for their functioning, otherwise they wouldn't work as well.

On other bodyparts freezing temperatures actually seems to kill fat cells

I don't think he linked studies, but his progress pictures and his theory makes a lot of sense to me

I will start increasing calories when my strength will start going down.
Until now I didn't notice any strength loss.

Supplements are very important.
I was deficient in vit D, and zinc + ginger root make me feel good

It's good to do this but it won't be the thing that ascends you if you're subhuman.

I do more things from time to time, if you want you could look up my old routines

In this period I'm doing less Because I'm in a big calorie deficit

1 Liter of milk a day is not good🤦🏽‍♂️. Especially if you do a sport where you need to be constantly active. It slows you down and that much will be detrimental to your T

How is it detrimental jfl.

BTW now its not 1 litre of milk anymore its 330ml of milk and 670 of kefir
