Chew mastic gum from greece, it's hard as fuck (you can control how hard you want it) and you can reuse it a million times, just make sure you chew it with your mouth clean.
Probably better to HIIT instead of doing 1hr cycling, unless you have some cardio objectives you want to achieve (probably not).
You can add more looksmax to your routine.
 
90 minutes of workout is pointless if you're natty

45-60 is more than enough if you're efficient with your time
If you are mixing some strenght (longer rest times) training and maxing some bodypart (like neck) it's hard not to go beyond 60 mins.
