one piece, make up a character that is supposed to represent you and make up scenarios he would be in, this would make u more excited to sleep n shit
because you wanna ofc make up what he does next,

in summary, larp that your in your fav tv show while sleeping and you will fall asleep while doing it, works for me atleast
