This is Dungara Ram Choudhary, a poor currycel who grew up in a tribal area. He was never a bright student. Was always the below average or average student in class but he wanted to do engineering so he did labour jobs and gathered enough money and enrolled himself in a JEE coaching institution and pay the fees for JEE entrance exam. One of the world's toughest exams

Everyone made fun of him, told him he was never getting into IIT. He was after all in the slow learners batch but he challenged his professor that he is going to get All India Rank(AIR)-1 and bet a 100 rupees that he is going to do it.

On the JEE results day of all bright students of Bansal were checked and result were given to media by the Institute. Nobody from the top batch secured the AIR 1. Since Dungra Ram was in a slow learners batch his result was not checked by institution

And until then no other institute in India had claimed the AIR 1. So nobody knew who it was. Nobody knew who got the AIR 1 until evening of that day. In the evening Dunga Ram himself informed the institute that he had secured AIR 1 but nobody believed it. Even institute itself thought he had gone crazy. The media also did not believe Bansal a shit institute for poorcels had the IIT topper but they were all proven wrong. The crazy lad had done it. 100/100 in Math and physics and just lost a few marks in English and Chemistry.
.
Dungaram went the day after to get his money from the professor that mocked him. He is now a multi millionaire and is working as a senior Dev in oracle.

These are the kind of stories that make me want to wake up everyday and fill me with motivation. He could have given up easily bevause he was low IQ but he still fought for his place and more importantly did not rot on forum accepting his fate.

mirin brain. My dad was a silver medalist at one of the IITs. I have received some of his IQ but not enough.

Anyway, my mom cheated on him with white chadpreet and I am now a regular user on .org :feelsbadman:

TLDR-Everyone thought currycel is useless, he proved them all wrong by becoming the no. 1 with his inhuman discipline and hardwork.

He pulled off a miracle. You wont see it these days since the exam has been more mechanised, not rote learning but practice

The older candidates who gave it without today's materials mog the hardest. Just do the basics and go to the examination to come up with the derivations themselves, which would be later used by coaching classes
