1. What is Derma Stamping?
So derma stamping is basically a skincare method where you use a tool with tiny needles to create small punctures in the skin. sounds scary at first but actually its not that bad if you do it right
2. HOW TO DERMA STAMP PROPERLY!!!
2.1. First thing you wanna do is make sure your skin is clean like really clean, wash your face with gentle cleanser and dont skip this part because otherwise you can push bacteria inside the skin and thats just bad idea.
2.2. Make sure its set to like 0,25MM when its ur first time derma stamping. Also clean the derma stamper itself, usually people use alcohol (like 70%) and let it dry for a bit. dont rush this step.
2.3. When you start using it, dont press too hard and thats a common mistake. just gently stamp your skin, like up and down motion, not dragging it. dragging can damage skin more than needed. and you dont need to go over same spot too many times, 2-3 times is enough i think
2.4. Avoid sensitive areas especially around eyes unless you really know what youre doing. skin there is super thin.
2.5. after stamping your skin might be a bit red, thats normal. you should use something calming after, like hyaluronic acid serum or something simple. dont use strong acids or retinol right after because it can irritate a lot
3. AFTER DERMA STAMPING
Keep everything clean after too, your pillowcase, your hands, all that stuff. skin is more open after so easier to get infection
4. BENEFITS FROM IT
5. SUMMARY
Dont overdo it. More is not better here, and even as u learn how to use it properly and gain experience still keep it around 0,25mm to 0,5mm because ur not professional and still u can demage ur skin when using it wrong. Depending on needle size, you should wait like i said before, atleast a week or even more between next sessions especialy if ur doing longer needles (0,5mm).
If you have active acne or skin infection just dont do it, it can make things worse.
so yeah overall its simple but you gotta be careful and not rush it, otherwise you can mess up your skin instead of helping it.

4. BENEFITS FROM IT
- improving skin texture
- reducing acne scars by a lot
- making skin look more smooth
- boosting collagen production by around 100-200% (this is like the main thing)
- better absorption of skincare products
Benefits are actually pretty nice if you do it regularly but not too often if would be best if u do that ONCE A WEEK.
