MOST IMPORTANT THING BEFORE YOU START READING THIS: MOST LIKELY NONE OF THESE THINGS I WILL LIST, WILL NOT WORK IF YOU DONT GO TO THE GYM
GYM IS NOT ONLY MADE TO CHANGE UR BODY, IT CAN CHANGE YOUR FACE TOO
THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT CHANGED THEIR FACE DRASTICALLY WERE ALWAYS BODYBUILDERS
What do they all have in common? HIGH IGF-1 with VARIOUS STEROID ABUSE while going to GYM
so if we want similiar results we have to imitate their scheme
1. INCREASE IGF-1 (ty @Slyfex8 for the information)
since no one has the money for real HGH we have to replicate this with a cheaper version:
2500mcg CJC-1295 DAC inject before bed, 2 times per week
25mg MK-677 in the morning and before bed (50mg a day)

2. USING THE RIGHT STEROIDS FOR YOUR FACE TO GROW
Testosterone (cypionate prefably but enanthate/propionate will work too)
Deca Durabolin (increases the amount of IGF-1, have been shown to increase mandible and overall bone size in rats)
Trenbolone Acetate (increases IGF-1 Receptors, builds up also a strong mandible, people in the BB scene call it ¨tren jaw¨ for a reason)
(cycle all of them on and off, look online for dosage/guides)
3.BONE SUPPLEMENTS THAT COULD HELP TO FURTHER INCREASE BONEMASS FOR YOUR FACE
Vitamin K2 MK4
Vitamin K2 MK7
Vitamin K1
Vitamin D3
Calcium
Magnesium
Manganese
Zinc
Copper
Vanadium
Boron
Silicon
Strontium
Taurine
Ipriflavone
Bromelain

4. CHEW AND MEW AT THE SAME TIME (MEWCHEWING)
Every time you clench ur jaw while ur chewing, you press the lower third of ur tongue against the palate for a second and repeat.
you can chew everyday but i wouldnt go longer then 6h a day tbh. also chew falim gum if you can
5. BONESMASH STIMULATE UR FACE WITH A MASSAGE GUN (highly experimental)
Get a massage gun (better 2 if want to hit both sides equally) and instead of using it for your muscles, you use it on ur face
