I don't see why you need carbs in your diet. They make people sick and tired. Our ancestors didn't eat much grain only meat and veggies and the occasional fruit.

NoFap and sleep are the only ones that IMO actually do shit. Keep in mind I do all of these things myself, cold showers for acne, I workout to gymcel, low carb to prevent bloating, and sleep because I function like shit without it. But for mood only sleep and NoFap actually work. I have felt the cold shower high before though, so I know what you are talking about.

NoFap is most definitely not cope for me. I'm a completely different person on it. I'm actually suicidal if I watch porn it absolutely fucking REKTS my androgen receptors.

They ate much more grains than you're made to believe. Just not the type of hyperbred, pest resistant crops we eat today.

Yeah everybody here gives me shit for my low carb ideas lmao. I think cutting out refined sugar, fried food and white flour and anything processed really is the way to go. Diet is primarily subjective, as long as your eating whole foods and staying a slight defecitis best.
 
This is legit. Recently did a 32-day streak on nofap with intermittent fasting. It was the best that I had felt in a long time.
