In this thread i will be improving previous threads that i made about this topic.
Since forearms are easy to train and recover very fast here is a detailed thread on how to get big forearms.
There are two parts
The upper brecholalius or whatever its name is
And the meaty juicy part
The upper part is easy
Can be trained with:
-Dumbbell
-EZ Bar
Do 6x14 for best growth with ez bar reverse curls or dumbbell reverse curls.
It is all needed for this part.
For the meaty part you train them with cupping 6x14 with straps with firmless grip for best growth.
You can also do sam sulek cupping for extra growth as extra for like 4-6x14
Im currently leanmaxxing so forearm workout is a must.
