Narrow long face?
Add width to face by growing hair on sides, wraparound jaw implant and zygomatic implant

It might be hard to grow hair on the sides without also growing hair on the top of the head, which will obviously elongate the face further. Maybe for some narrow long faces it can be a good idea to go buzz cut short? That way there’s no volume on top?
