The thread sounds more like a list done by a ps than a list for whats optimal for the patient.
Receded chin for example, its not always the best scenario with genio or implant, but the chin itself can be however perfect but due to the short mandible it can seems like its the problem. Here a BSSO could bet better or chin wing depending on the whole situation.

Darkness under the eyes can have health related issues, like thyroid, lack of sleep, iron deficiency and so on.
To give fillers and rim implant as an suggestion is shitty to say the least. Fix the main issue first and then seek a aestethic soultion.

Don't forget that when you're correcting a narrow face that the skull may be of the same width, so you need to address this as well unless you want to become a bulletheadcel.
