Hello Guys,
this is my first thread ever so be gentle. I give my best to give you the Informations I got over the last years. I myself got 2 Hair transplants and have experience. My writing may be ass but the infos is goated imo.

R: Go to a good clinic and you are fine. Pick one from the list I provided
1) Are you even eligible to get a Hair transplant?
Hair transplants are not an easy fix for balding. YOU HAIR LOSS WILL CONTINUE AFTER TRANSPLANT IF YOU ARE NOT ON MEDS (more on meds later).
So if you are not ready to take finasteride or dutasteride or got sides from it. You have to consult it with your surgeon (more on good surgeons later) and make a plan. You will atleast need 2-3 surgerys in your lifetime. If you can't take fin or dut not even topicaly just take the bald pill is my advice.
In the the pic above you see the norwood scale. If you are norwood 6 or 7 you need a god surgeon to rescue you (My choice Dr. Zarev in bulgaria). No he is not cheap only cause he is from a shit country. He is considered one of the best surgeon in the world. Have fun getting a hold of him. And you at least need 100 - 150 k. (15 € per graft is god tier price). Take the realitypill if you don't have money. The perfect Hair transplant candidate is a person that hair loss has already stabilized either from at least 2 years of meds (fin or dut). Or being mid 40 or 50s.
2) What not to do
Do not go to a hair mill in turkey!
A Hair mill is a clinic that has lots of volume. The transplant will be performed by non medical educated technicians.
At this points its just russian roulette if you get a botched job or a mid job there are no good results from hair mills!

Do not pick a ruler straight hairline as seen above if you are not a nigga!
A hair transplant should alter like fine wine. It will look shit when you get older. A good surgeon won't make such hairlines even if you beg him too!
Too little grafts hairs transplanted (bad density)
Again at a good clinic it won't happen.
Over harvesting
Only really happens at hair mills. If they take too much or dont distribute the harvesting well. It will look like this and not even god surgeons can rescue you anymore.
You will get scarring!
You will get scarring in the donar area. Doesn't matter if you go to a god or to a turk. No really short hair cuts after!
Cobbelstonning
Again if you go to a shit clinic you may have to deal with this shit. Happens if the hairs are not implanted deep enough.
You can't go bald after this as you see. You need to laser remove the grafts to remove it!
No multi grafts (2-5 hairs in one hair root) in the hairline!
Otherwise you look like a doll (Again won't happen in good clinics)
3) Meds
YOU NEED TO TAKE THEM!
Take 1mg fin oral if you get sides try topical. And i mean sides not nocebo or placebo.
If hair loss continues: Take dutasteride 0.5 every 3 days or topical.

5) Costs
Cost depend on how many grafts you need.
God tier doc: 15 eur per graft
Goat tier doc: 5 eur
Good doc: 3 eur
So for hairline exmample: (2500 Grafts = 7500 € - 40000 €)
6) Density
No surgeon in the world can give you back your natural density 100-120 grafts/cm². Good hair transplant density is 50-65 grafts/cm²
Hair transplant are an illusion of density. You won't see a difference between your natural hair and the implanted. Even with a buzzcut if you went to a good surgeon.
7) Downtime
You will look like this and worse for at least 4 months.
My advice: buzz it after 1 or 2 month. ASK YOUR SURGEON IF ITS OKAY

I had 2 hair transplants already one with 19 yrs and one with 20 yrs . Why two you may ask? My first one was too little density. If you go to good docs you often need 2 because they are carefull its better to have too little first and then do a second one for better density. This is the safest and optimal path. The grafts also don't need to fight for blood supply that hard so faster and better healing. Im a richcell so I could have done it like that, wont recommend tho, because its longer downside and huge costs. Sorry for the bad writting but i hope i could save one jew from going to a hair mill with this. If you need advice dm me and I look at your hair loss.
