Alright Short kings ima formulate a guide showing u how to correctly heightmaxx effectively. Caution! This will be pretty expensive but well worth the time. Now sit back, get ur cock out and enjoy. And dont ask sum shit like, oh cant i just run test instead or GHRP-6 like no nigga just listen to this.

Main drivers

(6-8iu HGH)
  • Best compound for height as most already known, this is a given fs. Igf-1 upregulation and on and on, the most obvious one.

(.5mg Arimidex)
  • Inhibits aromatase, conversion of testosterone into estradiol. This is gonna be the estrogen controller which will keep ur plates open hella longer. You have to be very careful with this so you do not crash ur e2 tho. For height wise it's best to keep ur e2 between like 12-20. Adjust the dosage and get bloods to keep it in that range. Warning, you will kinda feel like crap because this isn't a super good range for feeling good but it is a good range for keeping the plates open. Be careful, but get blood and find a good dosage for you. If you ever need to get off cycle off slowly, don't come off cold turkey.


(80-120mcg Abaloparatide)
  • Parathyroid Hormone receptor or (PTH1R). It binds to this and antagonises it. Binds to the G-protein dependent rather than the RO. This process activates cAMP signalling which in theory if your growth plates are still open will cause some height growth. It can have some sides but can be mitigated easily. It's fairly cheap compared to HGH and an Ai. You should run this with HGH and an Ai tho. Also made to be an osteoporosis med so will def help with bone mineral density and bone health as well.

(300mg Lithium Carbonate)
  • There are a few studies showing that lithium coronate activates the Wnt/B-catenin signalling in the growth plate cartilage. This led to increased chondrocyte proliferation, and delayed differentiation, meaning growth plates stayed open longer. Lithium inhibits GSK-3B, which dis-inhibits B-catenin. B-catenin is pro-growth signalling in plate cartilage; especially in proliferate and pre-hypertrophic zones. This pathway is a major inhibitor in total height growth, as seen in animal studies which can be closely translated to humans. Using 150mg of lithium Carbonate 2x/day can lead to a 15-25% growth velocity during puberty. Although with all this good, it significantly affects thyroid function, so adding in 200-300mcg of iodine is needed and 10-40mcg of T4 is preferred but optional. Get bloods and make sure ur thyroid function is staying in check.

(5-15 iu Humalog-optional)
  • This is a very anabolic compound. It gets converted to Igf-1 in the liver and will boost Igf-1 levels significantly. It ushers glucose to the muscle and allows for better nutrient absorption in muscle and bone. It's pretty dangerous but if you have about 8-12 carbs per iu of insulin you should be fine. Use this preworkout, not post. So u dont go hypoglycemic and start twitching on the ground. Also use a longer acting one like humalog over Novalin which is very short acting. This can also be used as a great nootropic.


Your ancillarie stack you will need for this, as well as vitamins and minerals you will need for being more optimal.

(5,000-10,000iu D3+ 50-100mcg K2)
  • This will help give ur bones the minerals they need to grow as well as make sure the bones come in correctly. Very cheap add on and has lots of uses in the body. Very good choice to add in. Will also help with the thyroid function if you decide to use lithium carbonate. Mostly just bone mineral density, but some other added perks. I highly recommend this.



(5-10mg Cialis)
  • Cialis is a selective PDE5 inhibitor which is an enzyme that inhibits blood flow to your muscles. This will help blood flow and nitric oxide levels. This will help blood flow to the bones and through them as well which will result in higher bone mineral density and vitamins and minerals getting to the bones. This will also help with blood pressure if you have any issues from the other compounds such as HGH. No blood pressure issues should arise though, so there is no need for excessive meds, but cialis is a nice compound overall. VERY cardioprotective.

These are the main ones that will actually drive bone growth and help with bone mineral density, etc. But there are more supps just to have overall and they are needed but not as much to say about them.

Def add these-

  • (100-300mg CoQ10)
    1. The powerhouse of the mitochondria gets slightly depleted by HGH, but not as much as statins delete it. A lil pricy but def a good idea to add on.
  • (3g+ Fish oil)
    1. Great cheap add on for joint health and heart health. Will def help with joint pain from low side e2. Great add on.
  • (Minerals- Calcium, Magnesium)
    1. Great add on, used to help bone growth and used in 100’s of the bodies processes. Pretty cheap and OTC and will slightly aid in bone growth, and overall health.
  • 10-40mcg T4
    1. HGH and Lithium Carbonate will mess up the function of the thyroid. This is just a thyroid hormone and is recommended to add on just to help overall function of the thyroid in producing T4, by supplementing it. Get blood, titrate up and down, DO NOT come off cold turkey.

Daily life
  • Pretty simple, just eat enough, move around, try out HIIT and do jumping exercises and maybe strengthening so that ur ligaments are not tight and nothing is messed up, so u can get blood flow and minerals to the bones. Drink a lot of milk, eat a lot of calories. Eat in a slight surplus. Get bloods and add more supplements if you are deficient in anything. Also make sure your cholesterol intake is at a good high level so you can optimize your hormones. All this is just a tool and every add on u make extra that u can afford will be of help. Thanks doooods. Also dont eat like total shit. Also, blood glucose shouldn't be an issue if u stay health, but if it does get to be an issue add in 500mg of metformin to meals 1-3x/ day. It wont be any issue for a healthy person though. Check ur blood glucose like every 1-2 months though, or as u wish. And make sure to check it fasted.
