2x 45 min cardio sessions, 8 incline 3mph (1.5hr total)
35-40k steps
back + shoulders gym training

already decently lean. just gotta drop maybe 2 lbs fat in 3days as i have important event.
 
currently completed one my 45 min cardio sessions, back and shoulders workout and 15k steps.

after i finish this shoulder sesh, i will do the next 45 min cardio sessions, while watching a movie
