Benzos completely kill ur inhibitions but u build dependance quick and they have terrible withdrawal, also cn make u a bit lazy. Benzo + stimulant mix is like charisma in chemical form. Long term though u wwill have to work through ur problems the only thing tht might help (not nearly as much) tht u can use everyday is propanolol.

Also dnt overlook getting prescribed an ssri if u haven't just titrate the dose up slow. Allot of bad sides come frm people starting on heavy doses becaues of dumbb GPs.
