This should already be practiced even if your not trying to escape glowniggers , theres a really good guide which covers all this and more!
And no good opsec doesnt derive from just using tails as your main operating system 24/7 , its more about seperating your clearweb and darknet activity , you can have a public instagram you just have to not be a complete retard and brag about your "darknet" activities (running sqlmap on a site from 1991)

How to not get raped by the feds?
the main threat actor who will 100% rape you is your isp , they will hand out your info to any cia glowie who asks for it . thats why you have to choose a good isp and also use a vpn to protect your traffic from glowniggers , additionally for using tor i would advise to not use it on your home network unless you use a bridge (still not 100% secure but it makes it way harder for your isp to find out your using tor) because the main part to not getting raped is not leaving breadcrumbs aka evidence behind like the retarded owner of incognito market

Your data can also fuck with important decisions, like credit scores, job offers, and insurance rates. And the kicker? They share your info with third parties, often without you even knowing. So, data brokers are basically turning your personal life into a fucking product, selling it to the highest bidder, and messing with your life behind the scenes.
