Imagine having risks for Autoimmune disease (which I already have probably since my immune system keep inflaming every organ), colonic diseases (such as Chron's), Alzhaimer, autism and liver disease.

The scary stuff is that it's incredibly accurate. I can look at my life and my blood analysis and symptoms and they match accurately what my genome reported. I mean after all your genes are your life and for me it never began. True genetic trash

I'm not american but I think C is "average", C+ and C- are somewhat around average.
D is super bad (D- probably count almost as F)
F is death sentence

A = 9/9,5
A- =8,5
B+ = 8
B = 7,5
B- =7
C+ =6,5
C = 6
C- = 5,5
D+ = 5
D = 4,5
D- =4
F = 3

Yes, it never really began for us and it's only going to get worse because those susceptibilities are gonna show themselves as we age. Thank God now that I know my shitty genes I can tailor the diet, supplements and lifestyle to suit my genetics but unfortunately with so many shitty genes I can't do miracles. I was shocked when I found out the huge amount of trash genes I carry....I mean I knew I was genetic shit, but that much was a surprise even for myself. No wonder I felt so sick as if I was about to die at age 29yo JFL

I used selfdecode, but yeah all these other sites are good too, you can then download the raw data and use a software that analyze it such as promethease
