Best cycle for bone and height growth
-150-300mg Testosterone Enanthate 2x a week
-6-8 IUs Human Growth Hormone every night fasted
-0.25 mg Arimidex every other day

-Novalex and Clomid on hand for post cycle treatment
-Berberine supplementation 2x a day (AM and PM)

Cycles
Run everything for 16 weeks straight, as soon as you pin test your natural production will shut down so its vital to get your bloodwork done before, (test, LH, FSH, e2) during, and after. If any markers show up or anything is off beforehand, like a high e2 conversion rate, its better safe than sorry to not go through with the cycle or to take extra precautionary steps in order to mitigate side effects, like taking an aromatase inhibitor or upping the dosage of that AI if you start to get estrogenic sides.

Running these compounds on their own will already do loads for your ascension but here's how you can juice out of every benefit possible.
-8 hours of sleep
-training 6x a week
-Clean, whole foods diet (especially if on HGH)
-Beef jerky all day everyday
-Bone smashing and massage gun on bones
8 hours of sleep — no explanation needed, optimal for recovery and vital for the function of your hormones and health indicators
Training 6x a week — your body is going to be putting on size a lot faster so 2-3 rest days is not needed. I'd personally run PPL rest PPL but you can do ULUL rest UL. Make sure you keep your rep ranges in between 8-12 to failure because your muscles are going to get stronger a lot faster than your joints and you of course want to mitigate injuries.
A whole foods diet — Not only important for your health indicators which will begin to lack on cycle due to bloating and fluctuation of hormones but also important for your blood glucose and avoiding hyperglycemia on HGH. Avoiding processed foods and refined sugars/carbs is the easiest way to make sure you're as healthy as possible but as long as you hit your micronutrients and take your berberine or metformin there isn’t much to worry about.
Beef jerky everyday — beef jerky is the easiest supplement for jaw growth you could get your hands on especially if you're on test and HGH. Carrying a bag on you at all times would not hurt and chewing 40-50x each bite, like mentioned earlier in the guide, would be the best way to stimulate jaw growth through endochondral ossification which will be highly upregulated while your hormones are as well. Red meat in your diet as a whole would be the best start but beef jerky is a life hack for masseter hypertrophy and legitimate jaw bone development.
Bone smashing and massage gun – As you guys most likely already know, testosterone and igf1 are the main drivers for osteoblast activity and as soon as your natural production stops and your test is in the thousands, osteoblasts are of course going to be skyrocketed by your body. Bonesmashing of course is still a theory, but it is 100% more likely to work on cycle, especially with bones that are easily influenced by testosterone throughout development (like the chin.) To take advantage of this, after every lift, bonesmash your chin with your knuckles or a flat object, bracing your head with your other hand, for about 5-10 minutes. As quickly as you can afterwards, use a massage gun on the highest speed possible for 10-15 minutes ever so slightly tapping the bone, getting the most hits in per second. If you can’t do this after a lift ideally you would do it somewhat directly after pinning HGH.
