Over this thread i will be going over the basics, more advanced stuff and peps. (again as forgot my password to my main)

The core:
for this you will need 4 products
1. A good cleanser, (use any cleanser that works for you but id choose the one from cerave becouse its super gentle)
2. moisturiser ( id also go with the one from CeraVe but you can chose one that works for you)
3. sunscreen (find one thats around 60 spf)
4. treinoin (ONLY USE AT NIGHT!!! id start with 0.025 for about a month/2 and work my way up to 0.1. dont do it for a lifetime tho, around 3-6 months)
How to use:
AM:
use the cleanser and cleanse your face, use moisturiser after and sunscreen.
PM
use the cleanser and cleanse your face, apply tretinoin and moisturiser (if your skin cant handle it at first, apply tret after your moisturiser)

Advanced:

retinol and retinal 1/2 a week depending on how your skin handles it (and the combination with tret) and work your way up to 3.
bha (salicylic acid), use it twice/three times a week.
hyaluronic acid 4x a week (helps with drynes and you can use it with something else that day)
niacinamide, use it once a week
I would also use azelic acid 2 times a week as it helps with rosacea and it helps acnee fade (you can use it with something else that day)

Dont apply everything at the same time, try spacing them out and have one day off.

you can also try microneedling and vitamin C but they work diffrently for everyone and you should have your own routine for them and dont do them everynight.

Peps:

the only peps you need for your skin are gonna be GHK-CU (A copper peptide) and MT-1.
people will say "but mt2 is better" no its not it just gives you a tan that looks dirty.

Why would you have tretinoin retinol and retinal in your routine? 1 retinoid is more then enough.

this is going to be harsh on the skin but it will work, i also said " dont do it for a lifetime tho" and "do it for around 3-6 months " and and i said if the skin can handle the combo.

Tret is superior to the others. Just use tret or trat no need for all of these other shit

it will 100% work alone but people struggle a lot with dryness and normal moisturiser will only work to a certain point, and you wont be able to moisturise every 2 hours if you dont rot at home

the sun is good but when using tret+retinol and ratinal you need it cuz it makes your skin ultra dry and sensitive to
sun
