Here is the base supplement list ALL of you must be on

  • Omega-3 70% 1000-2000 mg
  • Tumeric 500 mg + 50 mg Ginger
  • Multivitamins with multi-minerals - Minimal 21-23 different vitamins and minerals
  • Potassium Iodide
  • Ashwagandha 900 mg
  • Betacarotene 50 mg (Minimum)
  • Lycopene 12 mg
  • Garlic 100-200 mg (Minimum)
  • MSM 900-1800 mg
  • Lutein 20 mg + Zeaxanthin 2 mg + Meso-Zeaxanthin 5 mg
  • Caffeine 200 mg (If needed - Only at daytime and only at least 2-3 hours after being awake to lower the risk of cortisone spikes)
  • Niacin 500 mg (Once weekly)
  • Biotin 50 mg (Once every other week)
  • Q10 100 mg
  • D-Vitamin 20 ug
  • DHEA 25 mg
  • L-Tyrosine 1 gram
  • NAC 600-1200 mg
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • Magnesium 120-350 mg at night time

    Currently going through puberty and want to grow taller?
  • MK-7 (Vitamin K2) 100-200 ug
  • Calcium 600 mg (Minimum)
  • Vitamin D3 (Dosage as above)
  • Collagen 40-70 grams daily
  • Vitamin C 100-500 mg (Drink a tonne of water)
  • Increase protein intake

Supplement cost per day: ~1.5 dollar daily

Waste of money. Supplements are cope. The body does NOT absorb them, only %2, low bioavailability. Body doesnt absorb synthetic vitamins. Amino acids too. Every supplement is a waste of money. Get them from foods

Have you ever tried taking anything other than the absolute most extreme things?
I have taken a lot of things on that list, I only still take magnesium and vit d. The rest are a waste of money or things you can get from an optimal diet. I shouldn't even supplement vitamin D as I go outside in the sun for many hours its just a thing of habit

It is working for some of them and if you take a good quality supply.
Just do a bloodwork once in a while to check whats working or nah

Mega dose most of them especially k2 & calcium (5mg for k2 & 2-3g for calcium) other than that eat nutrients rather than supplement if can.
