- hormones: testosterone 200mg – will increase to 250mg
- hunger: retatrutide 4-5mg – will increase if I've to
- mental health: MAOI – I'm on it year-round, but it's super helpful during this diet for good baseline brain chemistry (basically completely restricted fats & carbs will make you completely anxious and depressing as fuck, so don't bother unless you've decent mental health)
- sleep: zopiclone (this diet gives me very bad insomnia)
- vitamines / electrolytes:
multivitamin
vitamin A – 3000IU ED
vitamin D3 – 8000 IU ED
vitamin E – 200IU ED
vitamin K2-MK7 – 200mcg ED
magnesium – 450mg ED
calcium – 1200mg ED
sodium – 3-5g

omega-3 fish oil – 8g ED
