LOOKSMAXING MASTER ROUTINE
Age 16 — Height 170 cm
I. Foundations and Tracking System
My entire routine operates inside a Notion habit tracker (strategy of Atomic Habits) It records everything I complete each day and helps me measure discipline and consistency. The goal is to build systems, not rely on motivation.
II. HABITS
Hydro bone: twenty fast openings of the mouth, ten seconds of rest, three reps.
Chin tucks: forty chin tucks with no rest.
Pray: Roman Catholic Apostolic
Supplements: I was taking magnesium 250 mg at night, fish oil 1000 mg after dinner, calcium 600 mg after dinner, ashwagandha 600 mg + 200 mg of L-theanine, and in the morning D3 and K2 (1000 IU and 45 mcg) plus 30 mg of zinc. I stopped everything because I want blood tests to check overall stats, testosterone, and any possible D3 toxicity.
Two liters of water: daily water intake.
Looksmaxing info: general learning about looksmaxing and working on my organization of all the information.
Journaling: this is key to keep momentum, motivation, and organization. I don’t write; I record myself and upload each video to a Drive folder with all the dates. When I don’t have my Mac, I make a voice recording on my phone.
Mewing: I use constant reminders on my phone. With Shortcuts, my phone vibrates every five minutes and that vibration reminds me to mew and fix posture. I recommend this method.
Sleep: I know sleep is key but I’m not the most loyal to it. I’m working on improving it. I bought red glasses for screens, and magnesium helps a lot. I’m also trying to sleep on my back, but I have made no progress yet.
Mouth tape: I tape my mouth during sleep.
Actividad física: fitness or physical activity. This includes gym, running, or playing with friends. My routine varies a lot. Sometimes I train with friends; sometimes I run. Overall I move enough, but I want to work on a structured gym routine. I’m searching for a David Laid type of routine, but I don’t know much yet.
Bone smash: I use a vintage steel lighter because it’s comfortable and easy to store. I hit until I see bruises and try to be as symmetrical as possible. I hit my jaw where the body and ramus join to make it sharper, and also my brow ridge and zygos. I haven’t seen progress, but I wasn’t consistent.
Comer sano / Eating healthy: I’m transitioning my house diet toward a more animal-protein-based one. I recommend the YouTuber FACEIQ; I think he has good info overall and I paid for his website. As the leader I want to be, I believe I have to take care of myself and my family, helping them transition too. I have a little sister and I am slowly teaching her discipline, self-improvement, no alcohol, no vape, praying, etc. Later I will go deeper.
Thumbpulling: I follow Jordan Wood’s routine. Ten seconds across the entire palate, three reps; then fifteen, ten, and seven seconds on the back, middle, and forward palate. I recommend his routine since he defended thumbpulling even when the whole community was against it. I stopped doing it because I’m researching a palate expander + face mask. Yesterday I did the 3D scans, and in ten days (when the scans are ready) I’m going to the orthodontic.
Voice routine: my goal is to achieve better communication skills to be a better leader and increase appeal. I believe a strong voice is always better. Right now, I just close my mouth and do an HM noise. I read on TikTok that it may grow bones, but I didn’t research it. I only do humming since it’s simple and can be done anywhere. I don’t do it much since I have no structure and there is minimal evidence that it works.
Neck curls: I’m adding them to my routine. I don’t know the reps or sets yet, but I plan on organizing this.
FaceIQ Labs: I paid for FaceIQ Labs, and my plan is to do a scan every thirty days with the same lighting, distance, and everything to compare if there is any real improvement.

Additions: im thinking of adding eyelash and eyebrow ordinary growing serum. Also thinking of taking test or HGH. Maybe a new haircut?
III. Academics
Next year I begin the IB Diploma Programme, which determines the universities I can apply to. My priority is mastering my subjects, maintaining strong study habits, and fully committing to academic excellence. I have considered using peptides for focus but currently only use caffeine. I’m still undecided about nicotine pouches.
IV. Money and Investing
For the next phase of my life, academics come first. In the past two years I tried multiple businesses and failed repeatedly, so now I am focusing on saving and long-term investing.
My current strategy is simple: sell clothes on Facebook Marketplace, save everything, and invest consistently into the S&P 500.
The goal is stability, compounding, and financial maturity before launching future ventures.
V. Instagram Maxxing
Daily I follow 20–10 girls on Instagram to grow my account. My goal is 10k followers.
Right now I gain about 7 followers per day, which would normally take 3.7 years to reach 10k, but with the exponential effect (people following more easily as my numbers rise) I expect to get there much faster, ideally within a year.
