I'm remaking some of my guides and i might add ultrasonic cavitation as a fatloss method as long as it works.
usually i do my research myself but i can only find so much about it in looksmaxxing.
is it worth mentioning in my next guide?

Yes, especially the lymphatic drainage part. (Fucked this up my first time).
It's a niche topic, but it's worth it.
Not a lot of knowledge around.

ultrasonic cavitation is mostly a scam for fat loss. it does barely anything for tightening or melting fat compared to just a regular diet and cardio. not worth putting in a guide
