honestly the airpods and cotton balls do nothing bc the sound is coming from thr inside of your face and the cotton ball dosnt rly help. but puffing your cheeks out and staying away from the bone makes it way less loud so make sure to do that. But even if you do get close to the bone, it isnt loud enough to cause major damage unless your holding it on the bone for like 20+ seconds.

No id say u can start with 15 min just use lot of gel. Also, as its been on for longer it gets hotter, so make sure to use more gel when u get to the 10 min mark and feel it getter hotter.

just recover well after and you should be chilling

dude honestly it was so quiet and barely passed mist test but maybe because the entire surface was wet and i wasnt allowing just 1 drop of water

i just do it in a circle and move it kinda slow all around the cheeks making sure to stay away from bone.

Took me about 5-6 sessions to see actual good results

I seriosuly recomend UC to anyone looking to lose weight in any area including face

Side affects:
Bloating 2 days after (Nothing compared to aqualyx but still little puffy)
Ears ringing, kinda sound like you have water in ur ears (leaves after 2 days)
May burn cheeks (just use enough gel)

just asking bc i really want to use uc there but i saw that some here advise for a 80k machine (for safety reasons) if someone wants to use it one the chin, could be bullshit idk...

never ysed on the chin cuz im scared tbh. other peoppe have tho but ya idk if 40k is fine for that or not. sorry

sorry again but as for the other parts that u used the machine on, do you if those results are also obtainable with an 80k?
i'm just asking bc if i can't figure out if 80k is safer at least if it also works like 40k i could spend some more money and be chill.

ive done 12 sessions with 40k and think i need to do about 20 to get the results i want. itll be even slower with 80k but thats up to you. i also had a lot of fat so it may take longer for me
