Ultrasonic cavitation ????????!!!!!!!!

When I do it do I leave it on a certain place for a long time or do i slide it across, also how does the taping process work , i dont want to use duckt tape like i saw because thats just going to irritate the skin and cause acne, should i just use normal tape will thta be enough or cout out carbboard and play is under certain reigeons like under the eye. Where else do i tape up ?

i don’t tape, just blow out your cheek and make sure not to go over any bones. you will be able to hear it. just keep the machine AS QUIET as possible. i wait in place every 3 seconds for the machine to make noise, then move to a different spot.
