If you can afford it and you get accepted bucal fat removal obviously can cause aging
Aqualyx it’s not very effective at breaking down fat tissue at all ultrasound cavitation has risk a lot of it, but you can mitigate it, but it’s never going to be effective as ret rf which heats fat cells to 42c cause them to die
Keep in mind this specific machine can penetrate up to 12 mm which is thicker than the cheek so it gets fat below the muscle fat above the muscle normal RF will only get fat above the muscle and no risk of going blind or deaf with ret rf

i had RF done professionally at a clinic, it didnt do anything for me.

nothing at all. but RF is not invasive whatsoever, they just apply the machine over your skin and theres zero downtime/swelling afterward. it was more that i wasted money.

Yeah, that’s because you probably got normal rf ret rf will take over nine months of consistent use or nine sessions every single month to see significant results keep in mind. This is the most powerful thing to reduce fat on your face you have to do a consistently. You can’t just do one session and it has to be ret rf no possible way for it not to work
Fat cells die at 107° now there are other risks to this, but I’ve mitigated these for myself. I’m actually buying the machine pretty soon as long as you use the temperature thermometer and the fat gets to 107 you will kill fat cells and see significant difference

idk if it was ret rf, is it like the deep electricity zaps? idk the exact temperatures and stuff but they told me something similar that it would heat up the fat cells and they would die. anyway i'm not paying for it again
