unable to get a girl at 18

im a average looking guy, 5,8 (in our state 6,1 is avrg).
many of my friends already had or have a girlfriend. idk if im retarded or not but i just cant get one. my standarts are way to high and i save my virginity for a girl that i will really love and have family with. Dont know if family with the first loml will be possible but i hope so. My family is "urging" me to get a girlfriend and lately ive been often hearing "did you already find a girlfriend?" from them. Shit is kinda ropefuel seing friends in relationship with girls not my type and them always telling me how its so good to fuck a girl.
