Good response3x8-12 of wide grip (specifically wide grip) pull ups & then lat pull downs to finish them off. If they don't grow after doing that then they just weren't meant to grow.

They will always grow, but some body parts obviously don't respond as well as others. My pecs were always lacking for this very reason. Either add more volume, add weights, or hit the lats more often.brutal what should i do incase they werent meant to grow? make peace w the fact?

thats what i hit twice a week wide grip and then close grip ending it with a lats pull up bar

Maybe I am just overthinking it, i compared photo from a month ago and today and it seems like my lats are growing but slowI'm telling you focus on doing specifically wide grip pull-ups. Lat pulldowns are good if you're heavier, but pull-ups will always mog lat pull downs imo.
