I think we can agree he isn't the type to start random e drama out of the blue and has had a pretty consistent reputation here not really getting into trouble.

Unless you can actually prove someone is a girl with reasonable cause [evidence], then merely being accused of being a girl shouldn't be enough to get banned and falsely accusing someone of being a girl ought to be a punishable offense as well.
