Unbearable knee pain

Alright so, for the past 1 and a half month i've had this unbearable knee pain. I don't know what it could be since i've been to my doctors and theyve told me its patellofemoral syndrome which goes away within like a month. They gave me cope exercises which still haven't helped me. Coincidentally, my hands and feet grew at this time so could that have anything to do with it? Is it a coincidence? I plan on getting an xray because this pain is jsut demotivating brah

you know i thought that too, but my hand and feet growth seems to just be normal growth. You can tell acromegaly apart from normal growth. Maybe it really is just a coincidence. I'm gonna have to make an appoitnment soon but fuark. this is annoying

You can tell the acromegaly hands look swollen because how of thick the bones are. My hands just look normal, just a bit bigger but still small for my height, same with my feet, lol.
