He had a good base: decent, non recessed jaw/maxilla/chin, good eye hooding and width, lack of UEE, etc. He just hadn't completed puberty, and probably had low T. With some gymmaxxing + supplementmaxxing + masseter muscle maxxing and finally hair dye maxxing I can see how he managed to achieve this ascension.
