Unclean skin. (Don’t know what it is)

Sometimes I get pimples, which are like under esth my skin.
I am unsure if y‘all know what I mean.
And I can’t even pop them, without damaging the skin, because they are so deep.
Sometimes they even turn to a darker red.
Has someone a idea how they are called?

I just hope, that one I have very clean and beautiful skin.
