Smoke weed daily for a long amount of time, and drink lots of coffee.
Combine this with taking walks, strength training and not eating junk food you will become lean at a rapid pace.

It also boosts your metabolism, so if you surpass your appetite with coffee, which also boosts metabolism, you will lose fat pretty quickly.
Even more so if you watch what you eat. Don't even need to count calories or anything.
