Im on a weight loss journey and have seen some changes to my face, but none for the loose fat hanging under my chin. I've searched it up and results show that the problem might be my hyoid bone but obviously I dont want to believe that. How can I truly identify if the problem is a lowest hyoid? Could it also be that im not at a low enough bf%? Should I check back after losing more weight?
