Under eye area, fat grafting or implant?

I need to have this puffy forward grown under eye area. what is the best surgery for that? Should i get this done after my canthoplasty or before?

Forward grown undereye area = high set forward grown zygos. But i guess you could get orbital rim implants.

bro no filler will give you that or implant, he got reallt really high cheekbone, its like hes face grown forward and up

I dont think any surgeon will place implant on cheekbone that high because of risk of blindness (its allost touching the eye)

Even if you go cheekbone and zygo implant u will not have this results, even if you add irbital rim.

But the clisest will be: orbital rim implant+zygo (u will
not have the undereye poping up lik him)

That's not really true, I have very high and pretty forward maxilla growth but my undereye support is terrible. The dude in the picture used as an example simply has really good fat under his eyes. Yeah, he has really wide, forward zygos but that doesn't help under eye support as much as the fat does.
