sorry for my ignorance idk exactly how the surgery works, i’ve read some surgeries include removing the fat from the place, but can’t you inject fillers to have better suport? like if you have recessed infras? thanks!

Just get infraorbital implants or fat grafts

You can have filler but it will migrate downward and make you look bad,then in 2 years or so youre gonna have to refill and thats also gonna migrate and so on,filler is shit

Fat graft is better, you take fat from thigh or stomach and inject it under your eyes,this is permanent looks completely natural,not very invasive,cheap,versatile since you can fix other issues too

And then theres implants,a pice of polyethylene or titanium and stick it under your eyes hrough your mouth to mimic the look of non recessed infras

Yes,if you feel in between your cheeck and back teeth you can feel your cheeckbone,thats where they cut

i’m pretty sure clavicular has recessed infras if im not mistaken ? (from what i’ve seen he doesn’t have the straightest lower part of the eye) and doesn’t look like he tried to solve it. (like would this be that important? also one guy said in this thread that fillers fall down in time, wouldnt this be the same case with fat transfer?

Fat doesn’t fall as it integrates into the already existing soft tissue. And I’m pretty sure clavicular is getting saddled inframalar during his trimax
