Overview:Here is step by step on how to grow fat under your eyes or anywhere hypothetically.
( I did not try this, but will soon and this is purely hypothetical)

Pioglitazone tablets: Enough to equal 1.5 grams of pure pioglitazone (example: 50 tablets of 30mg each = 1.5g total active).

• NMP or DMSO (extraction solvent): 50–100 mL.

• Propylene Glycol (PG): 40 grams (about 40 mL).

• PEG 400: 40 grams (about 40 mL).

• Oleic Acid: 10–15 grams.

• Tween 80 (or similar mild surfactant): 20–30 grams.

• Carbopol 940 or Xanthan Gum (for thickening into gel): 1–2 grams.

• Distilled Water: 40–60 mL.

• Phosphate buffer or citric acid (for pH): Small amount to reach pH ~5.5–6.5.

• Filters/syringes, mortar/pestle, blender or stirrer.

Step 1: Extract the Pure Active from Tablets (Clean It First)

1. Crush all tablets (total 1.5g active) into fine powder using a mortar and pestle.

2. Put the powder in a clean jar. Add 50–100 mL of NMP or DMSO. Stir well for 30–60 minutes (can warm gently to ~40°C if needed).

3. Let it settle or use a centrifuge. Filter the liquid through syringe filters or coffee filter paper to remove chalky fillers. You should get a clear solution with most of the 1.5g pioglitazone dissolved.

4. Keep this liquid extract. (You can evaporate some solvent later if too watery, but not necessary.)

Step 2: Make the Base Mixture (Dissolve Everything)

Use these ratios for a ~150–200g batch:

• Take your filtered extract (containing 1.5g pioglitazone).

• Mix in: 40g Propylene Glycol + 40g PEG 400 + 10–15g Oleic Acid + 20–30g Tween 80.

• Stir everything together until fully dissolved and smooth (use a magnetic stirrer or blender on low).

Step 3: Make It Into a Gel/Cream (Easy to Apply)

1. Add 40–60 mL distilled water slowly while stirring.

2. Add 1–2g Carbopol or Xanthan Gum powder. Stir or blend until it thickens into a smooth gel (like lotion consistency). It may take 10–20 minutes.

3. Check and adjust pH to around 5.5–6.5 using buffer salts (important so it doesn’t irritate skin).

4. Let it rest. The final product should be a creamy gel with the 1.5g active spread evenly (~0.75–1% strength).
