How would I look with under eye filler and chin filler (to add temporary vertical height)?

I know under eye Filler carries some risks, so I'm only gonna get it done from experienced clinics.

How much would these 2 fillers help me out? I'm gonna have em in for probably 2 years.

I thought you did something for then, I'd like lips to have a better cupids bow and to be wider, but not to that extent. But yeah, I'd say you have decent enough lips.

You know how in an earlier thread some people thought you were late 20's to early 30's, but you are only 21?

So did I, but it hit me now as to why. It's your beard shadow. It takes up a significant portion of your face. Even if you shave, that shadow makes you look considerably older.

You ironically look younger with a stubble, not shaved.

Also try a fade and cut your sides short like this

But also see how his beard shadow doesn't cover his cheek area like yours?

You'll benefit heavily from a rhinoplasty too, but that comes after any jaw related surgeries.

Laser hair removal everywhere, face and full body, I have Indian friends and they are all doing this, makes you way more high class. Ethnics can’t be hairy.
Melatonin 2 in conjunction with tanning beds will help you get better coloring like a true tan like golden color

I wanna use my beard hair as reserves for potential hair transplants if I go bald.

Apparently, beard hair is thicker and denser than scalp hair. It'd be perfect for putting in the crown area with my scalp hair.

Also, what would my rating after melatonin 2 + tanning beds be?

I'm hoping a scalp + beard combo will be enough to not have to use finasteride, and I can just get hair transplants to fight the baldness, every time it becomes apparent.

You need to fix your bite, your hairstyle and get rhinoplasty as well as fixing eye assymetry although I don't know how you could
